After spending time as a label production manager, office manager then sales manager, I thought it was time to run a business and take things easier, as they say hindsight is a beautiful thing. I'm still playing football and following Notts County in between being a professional stag night attendee. I am married to Angela and have two sons called Jack and Ben. |

Richard Hampson-Smith Director Following a year spent travelling the world; I settled back in England and was a director of one of the largest print management firms in the UK, for eleven years. Through a combination of factors (insanity being one) I set up Cushion with Mike, my now ex-friend. I have four daughters, who take up most of Debbie's and my time, and the rest is taken by my desire to improve my golf and see Nottingham Forest Football in the premiership. |

Rebecca Toms Hi! I've been working with, Mike and Richard, in the print and stationery business for the last ten years, on the administration side. I have a beautiful daughter called Anais and I enjoy shopping, spending money, socialising with friends and Stuart Pearce's thighs.

Jenny Fisher Hi, I'm Jenny and I am 29 years of age and a parent of an 8 yrs old girl, I have worked in the print management industry on and off for the past 10 years. I support Richard Smith in the general day to day running of his accounts. I don't really have any hobbies as I have very little free time, but when I do I try to spend time with my daughter or socialising with my friends. I've taken it upon myself to at least have one hobby these days - it seems to be travelling to Spain ! |

Bernie Fowler Hi I.m Bernadette (Bernie) as everyone knows me. I have 1 son of 28years (Kristian) and a granddaughter (Gabrielle) of 2 years. I have worked within the print trade for the last thirteen years. I support Mike in the day to day running of his accounts. My hobbies are Badminton in which I have started a Wednesday club up for a small group of us which gives us a chance to have a laugh and to chill out after with a drink. I also enjoy socialising at weekends. Plus holidays is my most liked leisure time.

Mich Stevenson Chairman Being offered the role of chairman at Cushion sounded too good an opportunity to miss. In between being chairman of the £1.4billion Nottingham Waterside Limited development project, receiving an Honorary Degree of Master of Arts, in recognition of my contribution of the regeneration of the historic lace market and picking up an O.B.E. I felt it was on the same level. My loves are historic planes, sailing, cricket, my two daughters and my wife of 28 years.
